1. How to Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your Squait account using either method below. Both initiate the same deletion process.
Delete via the Profile tab
- 1Mở Squait → tab Hồ sơ.
- 2Kéo xuống, chọn Xoá tài khoản.
- 3Xác nhận. Squait xoá toàn bộ dữ liệu và tự huỷ gia hạn gói Pro (nếu có).
- 1Open Squait → the Profile tab.
- 2Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- 3Confirm. Squait deletes all your data and automatically cancels your Pro subscription renewal (if any).
Xoá ngay lập tức, không có email xác nhận. Thời gian Pro đã thanh toán sẽ không được hoàn tiền. / Deletion happens immediately — no confirmation email is sent. Paid Pro time that remains will not be refunded.

- 3Include the email address registered to your account.
- 4We will verify your identity and confirm receipt within 3 business days.
- 5Deletion will be completed within 30 days of confirmed request.
2. What Data Is Deleted or Retained
The table below specifies exactly what happens to each category of your data when you delete your account.

We do not retain any personally identifiable data beyond the 30-day deletion window, except where explicitly required by applicable law.
3. Deletion Timeline
In-app deletion (Hồ sơ → Xoá tài khoản / Profile → Delete Account) is immediate: your data is deleted and any Pro renewal is canceled as soon as you confirm, with no confirmation email sent. Paid Pro time that remains will not be refunded.
For a deletion requested by email, the following timeline applies instead:
- –Within 24 hours: Your account is deactivated and you can no longer sign in.
- –Within 30 days: All personal data is permanently erased from our servers and backups.
- –Confirmation email: You will receive an email confirming the deletion has been completed.
